Highly recommend her unless you like hanging out at the dealership closing a deal for hours. However you HAVE to do your homework in order to be effective in negotiation. Waited around 45 minutes for my sales rep to finally show up to help me out ... pretty bad, no one will even check on you if you dont walk up and ask for help. Talked to someone prior at norm reeves about a civic and they told me i dont have an option i have to pay for the extra 4000$ in equipment on the vehicle, these are not factory add ons they are dealer additions, they say they dont have mark up when they actually do . i was advised to find a better price witch i did, you know they were so confident i wouldn't be able to but guess what i did and i came back with proof! i showed them a quote from a dealer 200 miles out that i would gladly drive to get a 4000$ discount , sales manager didn't even want to talk to me and when you bring up the price match guarantee they will thell you they dont do that anymore and its not an option with the current market and we need to keep the doors open lol . Take advice from me and look around and save yourself money , don't let these shady businesses take advantage . I'll be making an official complaint with corporate Honda More
