I ordered a keyless entry on 6/8/23 - It arrived 4 days later to the dealership but then took another 15 days to schedule. The "installation" took 3 and a half hours to get done. The keyless entry is basically a sticker and I was unsure if any programming needed to happen, that was the only reason I paid for installation as nobody could give me a direct answer. After waiting 3.5 hrs with my son at the dealership Susie told me it was all done and to sign. I asked to be shown the features and she told me there was instructions in the box they left in my vehicle. Paying $95 for installation I would assume I could at least get some explanation on how to use it. I could of just done this myself. Customer service is totally lost in today's world. More

I brought my Suburban in on May 30th think I needed to have my tires checked before leaving the next day for vacation. I was then told I needed a new transmission. On June 5 I dropped my suburban off and have my tires checked before leaving the next day for vacation. I was then told I needed a new transmission. On June 5 I dropped my suburban off and got a loaner car for the week. I picked my Suburban up on Friday June 9. The next week I told my husband that my car was not driving right. I then brought the Suburban back over on June 23 or 24 I can't remember which day. They then told me that the noise and feeling my Suburban was just shifting into 4 cylinders and if it was still doing it after 5000 miles to then bring it back. My husband was pissed by that response. He called Susie on Monday June 26 and she said to bring it up there again. I called Wednesday June 28 to schedule a time and get a loaner. At that time I was told there are no loaners available and could get placed on a waiting list. While now I don't feel safe to drive far distances with my kids in the car. I am very disappointed and I feel that Mandal doesn't want to come out and say they put a bad transmission in my car after I just spent almost 7000.00 More

I tried on numerous occasions to set up an appointment with out any luck prior to my arrival from out of town. My desire was to get the truck in for a service and a detail since the vehicle was purchased with out any luck prior to my arrival from out of town. My desire was to get the truck in for a service and a detail since the vehicle was purchased with a ceramic coat and required an annual inspection. It was my understanding the ceramic required inspection annually. They did get the oil changed but was not able to inspect or detail the car due to time constraints. When I received it back from the oil change an attempt to wash it had been done but it was spotty and looked worse than not washing it at all. The people were very nice and worked in the oil change. My disappointment was not getting through to service after several attempts early on and not getting my car detailed and inspected on the high dollar ceramic coat from the dealer I purchased it from. I made a 3 star service employee rating only because they did not respond to my call so I could get the appointment to get all of the work done. Otherwise everyone was very nice. More
