To start with Susie was my customer service rep and she is fantastic! But overall my experience was not good. I had my towed in and it was a bad battery covered under warranty. As I was leaving the dealers is fantastic! But overall my experience was not good. I had my towed in and it was a bad battery covered under warranty. As I was leaving the dealership I saw my check engine light was on.Turned around and went back. It was a cable that was not hooked up. Ok stuff happens no big deal I was back on my way in short order. Several days later my nephew was changing my air filter for me and saw that a part was just laying under the hood by the windshield. When the hood was closed the part that was not re-installed cracked a plastic piece. The part was a bracket used to secure the battery. So I am very concerned about the lack of attention to detail. I am not sure I can trust the work done here. Jeremy was the technician and I have requested that he is not working on my vehicle in future. Right now I can only hope that bracket was installed correctly. Suzy has ordered the part to replace what was cracked. I am looking to replace my second car in the spring and am on the fence on if it will be from this dealership or another. My purchasing experience here was good but service is key! Had a appointment for ofl, plus checking fluids, 2 hours or more!! Didn't wash the car and I received $2.98: military credit, suppose to be $10.00 off!!! I advised the service valet, the service writer and or more!! Didn't wash the car and I received $2.98: military credit, suppose to be $10.00 off!!! I advised the service valet, the service writer and they still didnt look like they wanted to. I told the appropriate folks about the military veteran $10 off. It may seem small amount but for me on disability every dollar counts. More

Last time the tailgate bumper was not done; this time the car was full of water spots. I was sitting inside waiting, and it did not rain. The inside of the car only had “a half assed job“. There were prints car was full of water spots. I was sitting inside waiting, and it did not rain. The inside of the car only had “a half assed job“. There were prints everywhere. The car came clean to you with no water spots. When the car came out, the driver entered the building. I did not see where he went, but he did not come to me. I sat inside for almost 30 minutes and no one came. I then walked outside and drove the car away. Susie is absolutely a fantastic employee doesn’t do her job, give her a pay raise . The Christmas of 2021 my daughter bought the auto Butler as a gift. I’m not sure what she bought. It was not a detailing job or an orange peel. You live up to your standards Mendel poor poor service. I was around when your children attended Saint James, you have not changed. More

I have had my tundra serviced there since I've purchased from Mandal in 2017 and there are a few things that I'm not happy with. After every maintenance service stickers are not being replaced, maintenance from Mandal in 2017 and there are a few things that I'm not happy with. After every maintenance service stickers are not being replaced, maintenance lights are not being reset and on top of that I have contacted service a few times about my center hub cap for my Tundra and still has not been replaced since it was left off after a past service. Cam someone please assist me with getting this done!? More
