Steve Gonzalez was fantastic. He was helpful and kind. If the rating was solely based on him, it would be 5 stars. However, based on the fact this dealership forces you to finance He was helpful and kind. If the rating was solely based on him, it would be 5 stars. However, based on the fact this dealership forces you to finance with their bank and will not let you use any other, I cannot recommend it. I was forced to use a bank with an interest rate 2% higher than the rate I was able to find on my own. I would give them zero stars for that reason but bumped it to two stars because Steve was so wonderful. More
