Amazing Customer Service I am typically a little hard to please when it comes to purchasing a car. Also, I wanted to do a lease this time and I had never done that before (so I am typically a little hard to please when it comes to purchasing a car. Suzanne and Fish are the BEST! I took my 2012 Buick Verano (5-passenger car) in for service but worked with Suzanne Newman and Robert Fish Turnlington on a 2019 Buick Encore (small, I took my 2012 Buick Verano (5-passenger car) in for service but worked with Suzanne Newman and Robert Fish Turnlington on a 2019 Buick Encore (small, luxury SUV). These two know the product line (vehicles, features, safety, and specs) and answered every question with professional ease and humor (loved the humor!). Working with them was easy, accommodating, and there was no sales pressure. It was all about me and what I wanted to do. The Encore is my first SUV so it took me a while to get used to the idea, I looked at it in the garage this morning and agreed with the Encore tagline: "sized to fit the way your life moves." I am very happy with Suzanne, Fish, and the Encore. More
