After speaking with Suzanne Koerwer about the type of car that I needed she recommended a GMC Terrain and then stayed late at the dealership so that my wife and I could see and drive the car. With Suzanne's that I needed she recommended a GMC Terrain and then stayed late at the dealership so that my wife and I could see and drive the car. With Suzanne's help we found the exact car that we wanted and Suzanne made the process of buying the car simple and fast. First off want so start off by saying this is our 7th + vehicle we have purchased from Suzanne and could not be happier with the service we have been given. It's funny ever time we walk in Ewing and we ar vehicle we have purchased from Suzanne and could not be happier with the service we have been given. It's funny ever time we walk in Ewing and we are promptly greeting by someone "can I help you?" And we say No we are here to see Suzanne and the say Ohhhhhhh as the put their head down is despair! Suzanne calls all the time to check on you and see how you are doing and to make sure you absolutely love your vehicle as she would say and i always say of course i do because you sold it to me! If you want to be treated with the upmost professionalism go see Suzanne at Ewing! Throughout the years not only is Suzanne our saleswoman but she has become our friend! I purchased an Acadia from Ewing over five years ago and recently downsized to the new Verano. I have dealt with this dealership on numerous occasions and always received excellent service. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, from the Body Shop, Service Department and most of all the Sale and always received excellent service. Suzanne gave me the best service from top to bottom. She explained the details of my vehicle, followed up with me daily and put on my license plate when they arrived. I would not go to any other dealership and I will recommend all my friends and relatives. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ewing and received the best service for all of them. More
