Andre and Robert were able to work some magic with numbers to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. And without all the haggling that everyone hates to deal with at a car dealership. The rest of the staff was amazing while we were there as well. Suzanne let our daughter visit with her while we were going through all the paperwork and gave her colors, coloring book, and stickers to play with while she waited. All of which helped pass the time. By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. More

I met up with Suzanne and she was very attentive and knowledgeable about the trucks and vehicles there on the lot. There was no pressure and she got the processes rolling quickly and with very minor interaction from myself to get the truck ordered and finally delivered. I purchased a new 2012 GMC Terrain in April 2012. Two months later I was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. Trust me, those 5-star crash test ratings are true. Suzanne is the most wonderful sales person. This is my 2nd SUV to purchase through her. I text her one night and she responded to me. I filled out an application for pre-approval. By the next morning she called and we talk about a few options I was looking for and by 1:20 PM that same day she found the most beautiful Red Enclave with all the features I was looking for at a price I could afford. She worked with the team to get the financing and by 5 PM I was at Ewing signing for my new Enclave. I got a great train in on my 2008 SUV. It was again the most wonderful experience to purchanse a new SUV exactly what you are looking for. If you are ready to buy a new car, or SUV Suzanne Koerwer is the sales person for you. However, I was nervous about going it alone as a woman so I later contacted Suzanne after having dealt with another dealership, in the meantime, that was recommended to me. When I saw Suzanne's ratings, I was excited to find that others liked her service. She was very nice on the phone, but she was unavailable during my scheduled time to be there. Tony took over, and he was as friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as you would want. I didn't feel pressure to buy, no hard-sell, etc. Tony knew exactly what I wanted, knew I had chosen my own financial options and respected all of my parameters. There were a few options available, and Tony went the extra mile to work out all of the details for me and my husband. Suzanne also helped me through the delivery portion of the buying process... specifically, she helped me setup bluetooth service, etc. She even gave my son batteries for his new toy! Tony was excellent to work with and was very accommodating, professional and went the extra mile at every turn. Suzanne's reputation speaks for itself, and I can honestly say I witnessed her outstanding customer service first-hand. She is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and goes above and beyond for her customers. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony and Suzanne. They made this buying experience VERY pleasant. The dealership is very nicely decorated/laid out. Coffee was fresh; there is a beautiful/cozy lounge area with a TV, where kids can watch cartoons/play while parents take care of details. Their offer of free oil changes, car washes, vehicle inspections, etc. are wonderful added bonuses for those concerned with these post-purchase maintenance issues. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you have a vehicle that you are going to trade in. Looking for a new Lacrosse, my wife and I had shopped around at other dealers and never felt comfortable, but after looking at the reviews for Suzanne on here, we realized these were real people who had around at other dealers and never felt comfortable, but after looking at the reviews for Suzanne on here, we realized these were real people who had a lot of good things to say about her. We decided to meet her the next day, and felt very comfortable with her right from the start. She took the time to listen to us, point out things which would save us money, and had a TON of patience with us all the way through. (And I do mean a TON of patience!) Today our new Lacrosse arrived, and both before as well as after the sale, she took the time to help us learn more about our new car. She made sure we were completely comfortable. By the time we were ready to leave, she knew us well enough that she already knew how we would set up new features! We walked in skeptical of the whole new car buying process, but Suzanne turned that all around and helped us drive away with the EXACT car we wanted, with an awesome experience! THANK YOU!!! More
