It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Fish and Suzanne. I was actually keeping my eye on this car and even though they were closed (Sunday) Suzanne answered a online chat, really did not expect th Suzanne. I arranged to be there when they opened and when I got there she had the car pulled up but was already with another customer but had Fish cover for her. Very professional! Suzanne Newman was amazing! I bought a car sight-unseen in less than 24 hours from Suzanne after she virtually "walked" me through the 2 cars I found online! I was searching for a specific car and she made it so easy because she was honest about the one I THOUGHT I wanted. When I picked up the car the next day I got a tour of the dealership and everyone was so friendly and welcoming - and I've never seen a workplace or service bay so CLEAN!!! I wish I could buy another car with Suzanne! More
