Levi, the salesman, and everyone else we met at Palm were easy to work with. There was no pressure and no upselling. I was offered and purchased an extended warranty but there was no "you need this" or "you easy to work with. There was no pressure and no upselling. They knew we drove 1-1/2 hours to get there and they didn't waste our time with annoying questions or back-and-forth tactics like "I need to check with my sales manager" crap. More
