Very good for the most part Svetlana Tara-Browne was helpful and patient with me during the sales process, from my initial visit, another to take a test drive, and for the final Svetlana Tara-Browne was helpful and patient with me during the sales process, from my initial visit, another to take a test drive, and for the final sales process -- which took extra time since I had to unfreeze my credit reports -- and the delivery of the car, when she guided me through all the indicators, buttons, and electronics. A good experience throughout. I was less impressed with the financial person, who was in a big hurry, insisted on using my nickname rather than legal name in all the leasing papers, and avoided any questions I posed regarding the unexpected increase in monthly payment (for the Select Protection Plan, which apparently is an option). It is my fault that, before initialing/signing the papers in some 20 places, I didn't read all the papers and insist on a clear explanation. Daryl did call me later to apologize, assure me that the papers had been corrected to show my legal name, and explain that the protection plan was an option which I could eliminate if I wished. I have been a Manly customer for over 25 years and happy with the servicing of my prior Honda during all this time. More

Josh Feinberg handled the finance paperwork and was also a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient without being high pressure. He took time to make sure all the data entered on the paperwork was correct and making sure I understood all my options. He also provided me with an electronic copy of my purchase contract which I've never gotten before when purchasing a vehicle (hard copies were provided as well). Overall, it was a smooth and relatively fast purchase process. More

They went out of their way to provide a great experience It all started on the internet. They had a car that matched everything I wanted. Instead of purchasing the same car from CarMax, my son searched for a It all started on the internet. They had a car that matched everything I wanted. Instead of purchasing the same car from CarMax, my son searched for a car with a better price and he found it at Manly. We inquired about the car and Chris Tara-Brown sent me a personalized video. I was a little gun shy because I didn’t want to deal with purchasing a new car. You know with aggressive sales people and finance guys going back and forth....I wasn’t looking forward to any of it. But Chris happened. He was very transparent full of energy not promising anything unreasonable, and gently direct. He stayed with us until the deal was done and we signed papers with Dave Sambad. Dave was also very transparent, and knew what he was doing. He even gave my son, who was going on an interview, advice on how to get a mysterious smudge from his suit; while we were signing the paperwork. Believe it or not I had to come back a couple days later because the banks wouldn’t approve the loan, which was more my fault than theirs. So they figure out a way to get me financed and with a better deal than when I left the first time. Enter Tom Hinsheld who used their their reputation, experience, and connections from being in business for so long, to get me financed at a lower interest rate. I did have to come back in but they all made it worth it. The day I returned Chris was off but his wife, Svetlana Tara-Brown, stepped in and handled us ever so carefully. I’ve already told a couple of people about them and wouldn’t hesitate to refer all of my friends and family. More

Awesome Experience I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs great. But...I was overdue for a new car and I knew I wanted another Honda. Browsing online I was immediately contacted by Internet Sales Manager Chris-Tara Browne. I thought I would be hounded (which is annoying) but Chris was so nice, helpful and personable and after meeting him in person, I liked him even more! I seriously wanted to just hang out with him! He was realistic with what I could afford and I decided on the 2019 Civic. I was a little uneasy about the car payments and then Sean in finance worked his magic!! It was crazy...He got my payments and the interest down way low. I am ecstatic and I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thanks Guys! More
