Please stay away from this finance manager!! If you do business with him be sure to review PAPER contract! My wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle two weeks ago. After negotiating the Out The Door Price we headed into the finance department to finalize the deal. After telling SYED ALI we were pre approved with our bank let’s just say his attitude changed. He proceeded to try to tie a $1,500 warranty to a better interest rate. Which this could be considered fraud. We rejected the warranty and the interest rate and ask him to go with our pre approval and our bank. Before signing I once again asked him this will be going to our bank. He assured me. Sign documents, made the deal and thought we were ready to enjoy our vehicle. Thought wrong! After hounded him to send over our contract and details he finally sent it over 24 hrs later! Syed Ali, not only did not go with our preferred bank but decided to add on the $1,500 warranty we rejected! All in an effort to trick us into paying his preferred lender and warranty add ons! Please please if you do business with Syed Ali ask for someone else or review and double triple check everything!! Syed Ali, hope you’re reading this, the anticipated sell rate you are banking on. Will be a charge back very soon! We refused to give you a cent of our money. We will be refinancing or paying this in full very soon! More

I used to drive to Hurst from Garland to get my Tacoma serviced. That’s quite a drive and they do an excellent job there. But a couple of years ago I traded my Tacoma for a Venza at Toyota of Richardson. serviced. That’s quite a drive and they do an excellent job there. But a couple of years ago I traded my Tacoma for a Venza at Toyota of Richardson. Terry Torbet was my salesman and is the best. Then I tried the service department again and have had nothing but 5 star service since. Beth Ann is my new service advisor but I think now you can trust anyone there. I prefer having my Toyota serviced at the dealer and I don’t think it costs any more than an independent shop and I know I have trained Toyota technicians working on my vehicle. Go here - you’ll be happy you did. More

I bought a 2022 Venza here two years ago. Great salesman and great price. Service dept was pretty chaotic though each time I went so I started driving to a dealer much further away.
