I called Phil personally on a Tuesday just to see what our numbers would come out at to trade in our CRV lease about a year early. I was not at all expecting to be able to afford anything he came back with. Wednesday morning I received a call from Scott with extremely reasonable numbers. We went in Friday, just to test drive the Pilot, and we ended up driving away in it! Scott was wonderful to communicate with over the phone and via email. He was very upfront about previous commitments he had with his family. When we arrived, Syed stepped in to give us some personal experiences with the Pilot and then Renee stepped in for Syed when he left to go to his kids' sporting events. It was all so seamless and all 3 sales employees were extremely helpful. Renee was top notch! She stepped in, was very honest, gave us her own tips and experiences with the pilot and was not at all pushy. We felt very comfortable talking with her openly and trusted her advice. Phil as always was amazing. He is so easy to work with and treats you like you are family. Karen and Josh worked as a great team in finance. We were in and out quickly and painlessly. It's always a pleasure to work with Karen. We purchased accessories that night, which were ordered Saturday and installed on Tuesday. Luis was thorough and made sure things were done properly, even with a full house at 7am. So, one unexpecting phone call on a Tuesday and a week later we have a fully suited 2018 Honda Pilot that we love! Thank you :) More

Well worth the 2 hour drive! My wife and I decided to lease a new Honda HR-V. We looked around our area (Green Bay) for deals on a lease. We didn't find any great deals so I broad My wife and I decided to lease a new Honda HR-V. We looked around our area (Green Bay) for deals on a lease. We didn't find any great deals so I broadened my online search and came across Wilde East Towne Honda. The lease offer they had was $30/month cheaper and required $1000 less down than our local dealership for the exact same vehicle and 36/36,000 mile lease! I reached out to Wilde East Towne to get in touch with someone and work on numbers. Josh was who I got partnered up with and couldn't have been happier with it. Josh was so easy to work with over email and phone and when it came time for me to make the 2 hour drive, everything was setup when I got there. Unfortunately, Josh had a prior engagement the day I came in, but there was only the trade value and paperwork to complete once I got there. It was by far the easiest car transaction I've ever done and the rest of the staff that helped me was top notch. Josh and the rest of Wilde East Towne Honda team (Syed and Karen) were truly a joy to work with and my wife and I will be driving the extra 2 hours for any Honda vehicles we look at in the future. They put our local Honda dealership to shame! More
