He then told us we needed to talk to a different salesman as we were interested in a new van. Syed then talked to us, showed us some new Odysseys. We discussed different options and prices and left. A few days later, after deciding to purchase a Honda, we continued our discussions with Syed and agreed upon a price. Several days later, a van was located and we picked it up. The entire process was low pressure, helpful and efficient. Syed spent a lot of time with us demonstrating the many features, voice recognition etc., and offered to answer all our questions in the future. We love the Odyssey! More

First of all, let me say that never in a million years did I ever think I would be posting a raving review for a car dealership, but Wilde East Towne Honda is the real deal and is most deserving of some c did I ever think I would be posting a raving review for a car dealership, but Wilde East Towne Honda is the real deal and is most deserving of some customer praise. To begin with, I am a person who positively dreads the car buying process, and after spending over five months searching for the elusive 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring model and contacting several dealerships both in WI and IL about various cars, I was growing very weary and increasingly frustrated by the entire process. I felt most dealerships didn’t even bother to treat me as a serious buyer and gave me very little of their time or attention. Then I contacted Wilde East Towne Honda about a car that had been listed on their website. From my very first email inquiry all the way through to driving off the lot with my brand new Accord Hybrid, this dealership was totally different - I can honestly say this is a dealership where the customer comes first and is treated with courtesy and respect every step of the way. And dare I might add I even had FUN at this dealership! They made me laugh and smile, and I actually had a good time buying a car. Now who would have thought that was ever possible? Syed Zaidi was my sales consultant and was most responsive, attentive, and informative. Most importantly he was very patient with all my many questions and concerns. He made me feel very comfortable during the test drive and throughout the entire process. There was never any high pressure selling, just good informative communication and a sincere willingness to be there if I had any questions. Initially all my communication with Wilde East Towne was through email and both Syed and New Car Manager, Eric Henderson, had no problems with that request what-so-ever -- unlike some other dealerships that insisted on me coming in or contacting them on the phone before they would talk prices. All email communication was prompt, polite, and thorough. After emailing back and forth for a week and me still being indecisive about purchasing the car, I decided to make the hour and a half drive out to the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon and drop in anonymously just to take a quick sneak peek at the car. But after meeting Eric, Syed, and everyone else at this dealership I knew right away that this was the dealership from which I wanted to purchase my new vehicle. I absolutely loved the car they had, but even more so I was really impressed by the way I was treated by everyone here. I had stopped by unexpectedly, but Eric and Syed took great care of me and both saw to it that I was able to take my new Accord Hybrid home that very same day – a totally unexpected and pleasant surprise! I even had the opportunity to meet GM/Owner, Jorge Hidalgo who was most gracious and sincerely appreciative of my business. I have to also give two thumbs up to another sales consultant, Todd Neilson, for helping out with the set-up on the new car. I think he was actually more excited about me getting the car than even I was! His passion for the vehicle, his knowledge of all the techno-features, and his enthusiasm for my new purchase was most reassuring. He even stayed after-hours to help sync my phone and go through some of the car’s technology features with me – and I wasn’t even his customer. Now that’s great teamwork. I think most people when buying a car are simply looking for a friendly, professional, no-hassle experience, and this dealership delivered that and more. There is a reason this dealership gets such high marks – they deserve it! Syed, Eric, and Todd were all extremely wonderful to work with and made me feel like I was a VIP. This was my forth new car purchase and I can honestly say that Wilde East Towne Honda made this far and above the easiest and most enjoyable new car purchase I’ve ever experienced. More

I was already sold on getting a Honda CR-V, but was very turned-off by the lack of flexibility and treatment received at other southern Wisconsin Honda dealerships. One played the game of moving money, price of car or value of trade-in. At the other it was MSRP and no trade-in value. I had done enough research to know realistic prices and value of my trade-in, I know people in the business. When I came into Wilde Honda, I was met by Syed. I told him I wanted to talk numbers. I told him the vehicle I wanted EX-L with Nav, he came back with very workable numbers. As we continued to negotiate I got to meet Eric Henderson the new car manger. Both Syed and Eric dealt with me with honesty and respect. They did not play games. They provided a good deal on the new vehicle and a reasonable value for my trade-in. A win-win situation. The day of the closing we were pressed for time, both Karen and Steve made the tedious work of signing the financing, warranty papers a pleasure to get through. The professionalism of Wilde representatives we worked with was outstanding and greatly appreciated, we plan on spreading the word. More

All of the guys we worked with were great! Syed listened to what we were looking for in a car and a price and he delivered! We weren't expecting to buy a car that soon but we drove it off the lot that nigh to what we were looking for in a car and a price and he delivered! We weren't expecting to buy a car that soon but we drove it off the lot that night. Peter was great too. He was helpful in explaining everything even though our purchase was completed after hours. Lastly, we stopped in the next day for splash guards and Joe was extremely knowledgable and helpful answering our questions. We are very happy we chose Wilde! You guys have the complete dealership experience down!! More

This was the third dealership/sales person we had met that day. I was the female in a male/female couple who was both the intended driver and the person writing the check. Despite making this clear to the previous salespeople I was mainly ignored while they focused their attention on my husband. So I arrived at Wilde Honda in a pretty cranky mood, dreading the rest of the day. Syed met us in the lobby of the dealership, immediately acknowledged both of us, shaking our hands and asking our names. Throughout the process he kept us both involved in the conversation and treated me with respect. We also appreciated that he knew the features of each Honda car and potential competing vehicles in detail (we had done our research online before going out, and knew what he was saying was accurate). He made the overall process a relatively comfortable one. He and the manager of the dealership got some scratches on the vehicle fixed wonderfully before delivery. My husband had previously also had good experiences dealing with the parts department so we were happy to find out that good service is a consistent feature throughout the dealership. More
