Great I have always been a loyal customer to DCH Old Bridge in getting my car Honda Odyssey 2010 well maintained. I have trusted this establishment for year I have always been a loyal customer to DCH Old Bridge in getting my car Honda Odyssey 2010 well maintained. I have trusted this establishment for years on their suggestions and never doubted them, Based on comments I get from my relatives or friends who borrowed or drove my car were amazed on how many miles my van had after driving it. They said it was one of the smoothest rides they had for this kind of mileage. Now going to Sylwester Brulinski, it’s about time I made this written review on him. I have been wanting to write this but due to a busy schedule I have, I procrastinated and totally forget about it. I apologize but now I am here finally. Sylwester most of the time takes care of my services and maintenance of my car. When ever I see him, I feel relieved because I know he will make sure my car will be honestly and meticulously examined to check for possible issues or glitches for me to have a well oiled functioning dependable vehicle. I have a family and we drive a lot to places and that means that I need to have a very trust worthy car to bring me to my destination, which I have and thanks to Sylwester. Again, he serves with a smile and assures me all will be fine and he will take care of it. He explains to me all the issue one by one and helps me with my decisions on priority and makes me schedule for me to return. And lastly because he is a honest person, that’s how I can trust him with my life. There are times that it takes a long time to get my car fixed because i stay in the waiting lounge until my car gets fixed but this is only a few times. I would rather have them meticulously go through my car to find all issues than get a fast but lousy service. You cannot argue with how art is created, like my car magnificent. I work in the medical field and we have a saying “Pride in Caring” and “Heroes work here” in our institution. This is our philosophy, to serve with compassion, with utmost commitment to the highest standards of medical care, safety, and trust with use of advance technology BUT how can I do my job if I can’t go to my place of work with a broken and malfunctioning car? This is why from my point of view, people in all aspects of work especially the car industry like DCH OB with Sylwester Brulinski leading the charge is a hero who supports me help save lives by getting me to work everyday safely and getting my car fixed and maintained fast, efficiently and effectively. Awful service dept. I helped out a friend in need by taking over payments on a 2018 Honda Accord. Before taking over "ownership" there was an insurance claim. Academy w I helped out a friend in need by taking over payments on a 2018 Honda Accord. Before taking over "ownership" there was an insurance claim. Academy was paid for the repair but failed to complete the job.. I started driving the vehicle in May of 2019 and went to speak to the service dept to find out how to complete the repair. After speaking to 5 different people no one would offer any help. This passed week the owner tried to speak with the service manager. We just got the standard we will call you back, as you can guess there was never a return call. Frustrated, we contacted the insurance company to inform them that the claim they paid was not completed. We were told that Kara would schedule us for the repair , we should call her to set it up. Kara has not returned any calls so now its Consumer Fraud Dept time. More

Great experience! I was at the dealership having one of my Honda's serviced on the day I purchased my wife's new vehicle. We have a very good history with our 2 Honda's I was at the dealership having one of my Honda's serviced on the day I purchased my wife's new vehicle. We have a very good history with our 2 Honda's and my wife was in the need of a newer CR-V. I was not planning to purchase the vehicle on that day but the car we were looking for and the deal were available at this dealership. I've been going to this dealerships for many years now and had a casual and pleasant conversation that morning with my salesman Khalil A. Quraishi. I got a very good vibe and impression from him. We talked about the vehicle I thought my wife would like and he worked with me with no pressure to make the purchase. If you are in the market for a new Honda, I recommend you try this dealership. The finance team manager Jason Sepulveda and John Q. Mitchell were also very pleasant and very easy to work with. The experience was very satisfying and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Great experience and happy I was able to work out a deal with my salesman. More
