T.J. Mitchell, Service Manager & his team are the BEST! I was going on a long distance trip and on the morning we were leaving my new Honda Odyssey had a problem. The part needed to fix it was not in stock I was going on a long distance trip and on the morning we were leaving my new Honda Odyssey had a problem. The part needed to fix it was not in stock so T.J. decided to take the part needed off a new car and his service department fixed my car quickly. We were on our way soon after and it was all under warranty - yeah! I was so impressed and thankful for T.J.'s excellent, thoughtful and professional manner, his creative problem solving and his wonderful service team! Since then, I've decided to continue to take my car to this Honda dealer for service because of T.J. and his team's great service. He ALWAYS goes out of his way to squeeze me in, even if it is last minute. He knows me by name which goes a long way considering how many people he helps. He is always honest on what needs to be done and what can wait. This is important because I have been taken advantage by a ton of other dealerships that say I practically have to get my whole car replaced when all I need is an oil change. TJ was referred to me by a dear friend and I make sure to refer him to family and friends whenever I have the chance. I hope this review makes it to someone who can give TJ a well deserved pat on the back and help them better understand what TJ does for myself and everyone he helps. Short Notice - Great Attention On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been oper On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been operable for a month and I haven't had time to do a service appointment. I called and talked to Andrew and said it could be a simple fix and if they had time. I was expecting him to say that I should make an appointment. He told me to come in as soon as I could. When I did, Andrew ran some trouble shooting but couldn't get the windows to work. He went back and asked two service techs if they had any idea. They didn't. He could have said at this point to make an appointment. I wouldn't have disagreed. He then ran it by TJ who offered to try his hand. He tried some simple things first and then performed a hard reset on the battery. That's when both windows started to work. This is the type of service that builds customer loyalty. It was clear that TJ and Andrew wanted to get me on the road safely and with peace of mind and understood I didn't have much time. They were great. And so I'm happy to make this review. T.J. walked me through the whole process, showed me in detail what was wrong and because of this service he gave, he immediately earned my trust.
