It was a very informative and overall very good experience. I just purchased a new Honda and it has an incredible number of new options. The salesman gave us an excellent review of everything, spending sever I just purchased a new Honda and it has an incredible number of new options. The salesman gave us an excellent review of everything, spending several hours going over everything. He welcomed us to return if I had more questions. I returned a few days later and he again spent several hours going over all the bells and whistles. Great help. More

Wonderful caring staff, TJ Mitchell excellent!! TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from TJ Mitchell has helped ease my mind over this past year by helping my son and treating him like family. My son is a student at Mizzou and we are from out of state so if something would come up with my son's car, I am 10 hours away and it's difficult to help him. TJ has taken him under his wing and guided us through and taken care of things for us. I am SO grateful to TJ who has really made the life of an out of state mom and a college kid so much better. Saved by TJ and Super Mario Lost all power on my 2002 Honda Civic on the interstate. Limped the old girl into the dealership and was promptly greeted by TJ. They got the vehicl Lost all power on my 2002 Honda Civic on the interstate. Limped the old girl into the dealership and was promptly greeted by TJ. They got the vehicle right in and the technician Mario was extremely helpful in explaining my problem which ended up being my Top Dead Sensor. They got the part ordered and in the mean time found I had a bad rear wheel bearing. They fixed both problems at a reasonable price and I was on my merry way. Thanks guys for all your help, maybe I can squeeze another 100,000 miles out the old girl. She runs smooth and quiet now! More

Then we come back and the have a kids play room which was just mesmerizing too our 21 month old, which then we had T.J. Mitchell taking care of us, made sure my family was comfortable and content, T.J and his mechanic that helped service my car did a very thorough check on my car, I had no idea what to do since there was a long list, so he put me in a rental at his cost told me to call him when I figured out what I could do, he told me the most important things that needed done and what we could wait on. But I told him I just needed it all fixed so he, even found a way to help on a little of the cost which he truly didn't have to do. If your looking to take your car to a place that is there for just more then a pay check and is there to make you feel treated like a family, well T.J. Mitchell will be there to help! More

Tire Problems I was traveling home to FL when I had a leak in my tire so I stopped at Columbia Honda to have it fixed. Was greeted at &:05 by service writer T.J, explained that I wanted Oil Change, X pattern Tire rotation and speedometer cover glass cleaned on inside (warrantee) I was out of there at 9:00 < all work done. Every person at the dealership I met were more than friendly and willing to help. Coffee and donuts and service writer made my day with the puppy she had! Just a great day and well worth the 38 mi. one way trip to Columbia from Jefferson City. Thanks all and especially T.J "Ray" More
