Then I couldn't believe it when TJ called and recommended Cooper tires that have been appreciated by other customers PLUS they were cheaper. What service place does that? I've never heard of that. I really appreciate Columbia Honda service since my husband had a stroke three years ago. They treat me like a person instead of a "woman who doesn't know anything about cars". They treat me with respect and are genuine about helping me. It gives me peace of mind that I have help when I need it. Kudos to the whole service team!!! More

AMAZING STAFF FULL OF INTEGRITY I have bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership and I will NEVER again buy another vehicle from them. I find the sales staff arrogant and rude. This is based on my interaction with 3 employees in 3 different situations. HOWEVER, the SERVICE STAFF IS SIMPLY AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, HONEST AND GREAT PEOPLE!!! I have purchased 2 new vehicles since my last purchase from this Honda, and I still use the service staff here. I highly recommend the service staff here. ..they provide personal, home town care while not compromising on knowledge and skill. More
