In my profession as an owner, you strive to have your employees take ownership of the company and organization they work for. As an owner when that employee mentally makes that commitment to that employer, you can be assured that you have made the right choice in hiring that employee. The service that the employee will exhibit to customers will be far and above what you would hope for. Dominic Esposito has taken that positive possession of his commitment to his customers and dealership. He treated my wife and me as if we were family friends. Not only did he offer personal service but his knowledge of the different units he had to offer was exemplary. On the North Shore of Chicago where I practiced, we knew that our clients required service, friendly service and immediate service. Thar was the service we received from Dominic. Saint Pete had the build I wanted so I decided to give them a shot. I inquired about the vehicle late night 8-9pm and immediately received a call from Miro, who was really exceptional from start to finish. He was able to work for me to get me close to my budget and get a fair value on my trade. He was very responsive through text/call and kept up with me the entire process. His manager Robbie, despite a slight hiccup with the trade, worked the numbers and made the deal happen anyway. The entire experience was great and I spent no more than 2 hours at the dealer, given I had submitted all my info online prior to arriving from Orlando. Miro was insisting on showing us every detail of the vehicle, but we were in a rush so he offered assistance via FaceTime, call or text if we needed. 10/10 car buying experience. Closing officer was great too and convinced me to pick up the tire and wheel package, which I’m sure I’ll take full advantage of especially on a vehicle like this. (Range Rover Velar) More
