My wife and I moved to Tampa from Pittsburgh for permanent residency in Florida. We literally knew no one in Florida until of course we met Karl. I called several dealerships in an effort to purch permanent residency in Florida. We literally knew no one in Florida until of course we met Karl. I called several dealerships in an effort to purchase a Range Rover, but I had less than enthusiastic responses. I just kept hearing excuses or low expectations from salespeople. I get the car market has been hit hard right now with supply chain, etc.. but C'mon. That of course changed when I called and Karl picked up the phone. The optimist, he convinced me to come in, meet him and look around. That day we built the RR I wanted with ease, now the only issue is when should we expect delivery. During a difficult car market, Karl kept me updated every week without fail and pushed to ensure I stayed slotted in line to get our car built. We expected to get our car in late December but it came in mid October. I can say, since that first day Karl has gone above and beyond to provide the best car experience I have ever had. My wife and I had some logistical issues with travel, etc.. Karl delivered the car to us an hour away and then spent a couple hours with me to make sure I understood how to operate it. All of this while in a Dog the Bounty Hunter Halloween costume, as he was heading to a Halloween party after he dropped the car. Only Karl could pull that off and still be absolutely professional. A great guy and now a good friend. Our next luxury car is already in the works and Karl is the only one I trust along with the folks at Crown Land Rover in St Pete to manage the process More

I absolutely felt compelled to write this review on the staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover i staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover in St Pete had the vehicle I was looking for! A 2018 Bmw M3! Long story short, I booked a flight to Tampa to test drive and inspect the vehicle. And I was extremely surprised at the level of customer service I received! Everyone at this dealership was phenomenal, and went "above and beyond" what I've experienced at other dealers. My sales rep "Dominic Esposito" was outstanding! I can not say enough good things about this gentleman, from arranging transportation from the airport to the dealership, to supplying me with information for Hotels close to them! I would also like to mention Robby Dereadt, "Internet Sales Manger", and TJ Muller, "Finance Manager". both are awesome gentlemen to deal with, and made sure that everything went smoothly! And I can't forget Conner Elm, who provided transportation to the airport for me! Another great person! So if you're reading this and are looking for a Jaguar, Land Rover or something pre-owned, give them a call! They just might have what you're looking for!
