Car Purchase & Part Installation I came in to have a part installed due to a recall. They were quick and efficient and as always, TW was so kind and easy to work with as our sales rep I came in to have a part installed due to a recall. In addition to the service work provided, I have to say that TW is EXCELLENT in his role as a sales associate and made sure that the car buying process was not only easy but fun and doable. He really is THE BEST. Also, Chuck in finance was easy to work with and provided me clear and easy to understand information regarding car payments and options. More

Fantastic! Micheal was VERY helpful and informative!! My service advisor Micheal was very helpful and informative! I highly recommendd him and can't say enough good things about him..his knowledge...and My service advisor Micheal was very helpful and informative! I highly recommendd him and can't say enough good things about him..his knowledge...and his help. I decided to stay and wait on the work and the waiting area is great at Jackie Cooper. Its comfortable and I had room to do some work on my laptop and even plug in my charger...which I neede to do. The coffee was great too! All in all...Jackie Cooper continues to be my choice for my vehicle purchases. They also helped me buy my wife's Mercedes after the lease ran out. My wife loved the car and she didn't want to give it up so we bought it and Doug Tamras with Cooper made it all very easy. More
