The sales experience with Taft was great via email (we already test drove the vehicle months before which made it easier). Pick up process not great. I would expect that any wet signatures could be done while getting an overview of the vehicle. Everything else should be online before arrival. No place in this digital world to be sitting inside the uninviting corporate offices. More

When we arrive to pick up the car the price has been raised by approximately $3000 from what was posted on the Internet. Eventually we reached a compromise, but it was a very heated discussion.
