I was supposed to receive a phone call letting me know when my sunvisor was to come in and to know Val I never got a phone call. I had to call twice. I also told them that one of the caps to the tire was when my sunvisor was to come in and to know Val I never got a phone call. I had to call twice. My second car from this dealership! My first was a Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but sadly at only 3 years old it got totaled by a red light runner. I came in the day after the accident jus My first was a Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but sadly at only 3 years old it got totaled by a red light runner. I came in the day after the accident just to look at my options, and the salesman asked the right questions to show me the car that fits me perfectly. I put down a deposit and they held my car for 3 weeeks as not only had insurance not declared my car a total loss yet, but they had not even sent a check. The day they sent me paperwork showing how much they were giving me I went right back in to close the deal. So happy that Findlay Toyota worked with my situation to match me with the perfect car model, and then hold it when it came off the truck until I could get proof of insurance settlement - they could have easily sold it multiple times over with as long as my insurance carrier was dragging its feet! Best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 55 years! More
