I dropped off my car at 8:30am. I didn't get a call when it would be ready for pick up. I called them around 4pm to see if they were done with my car. They said they called my husba I didn't get a call when it would be ready for pick up. I called them around 4pm to see if they were done with my car. They said they called my husband to tell him the details of their findings. I then called my husband to see if they did call him and they didn't. They blatantly lied to me which I truly do NOT appreciate. I insisted that they send someone to pick me up since I had no car and no one to bring me to the dealership and I needed my car to take my children to school the next morning. They sent a mechanic out to get me and when I got to the service dept, everyone had left for the day. I was pretty livid because I had just talked to them and they told me they would be there to check my vehicle out. I had a sales guy help me get my car from the service dept. Their service dept is unorganized and no one seems to communicate well with the customers or each other for that matter. There are 2 or 3 people in the dept that are knowledgeable and efficient but everyone else, not so much. More
