Too expensive, I’ll be going to my local mechanic moving forward! The estimate they gave 2438 to replace a blend door in heater box was done for 1300 less!!! Plus the customer service from a male staff was forward! The estimate they gave 2438 to replace a blend door in heater box was done for 1300 less!!! Plus the customer service from a male staff was super rude! The female staff are polite and helpful. Also there were screws left over from the said heater box and the next mechanic noted there were things left hanging screws missing. More

Ordered a key was told it would be there in 2 weeks took 6 weeks to come in was told the key was all set didn't need to be programed put in truck didn't work then was told it needed to be programmed cost $ 6 weeks to come in was told the key was all set didn't need to be programed put in truck didn't work then was told it needed to be programmed cost $ 62.00 for key and $170.00 to be programed that is outrageous not happy but after all said and done the key works More
