I originally posted concerning my displeasure about the lengthy wait I had while having my truck detailed. After speaking with the service director, Tony Dandonoli, he explained to me what had caused the p lengthy wait I had while having my truck detailed. He told me that even though there were circumstances that caused it he felt that it still was unacceptable and assured me that something like that would never happen again. When I brought my truck in for service I drove it straight in. The service tech did a computer check and explained what they would be doing. She then directed me to the waiting area. At this point I really wouldn’t I have been bringing my Truck to this Service Center and I am so upset as well as disappointed.........
