I unfortunately needed to take the whole day off from work as an essential worker during pandemic to bring my car in last Thursday. At 4:30 when I left dealership, the same loud noise was occurring & it work as an essential worker during pandemic to bring my car in last Thursday. At 4:30 when I left dealership, the same loud noise was occurring & it had not been fixed. Now I’m forced to take a second day off from work to bring car in again to be fixed. Not happy at all. More

My engine light keeps coming on and I'm not getting an answer why the last two times I brought my car to be serviced they kept my car for two days even when I got my car there early this last time I was t answer why the last two times I brought my car to be serviced they kept my car for two days even when I got my car there early this last time I was told it was covered in my warranty then a day later I was told it would cost me 286.00 I don't understand why I'm being told two different things and why it's taking so long when you make appointments I'm very disappointed with the service. More

They are very efficient and quick. I brought my truck for recalls and they were very informative as well on everything. During this time it’s been tough for everyone. They are on top of keeping their employe recalls and they were very informative as well on everything. During this time it’s been tough for everyone.
