Charged for services not completed Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged the service. I have a tree sap stain on my rim and was able to use tha Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged the service. I have a tree sap stain on my rim and was able to use that to determine my tires were not rotated. Last oil changed the service report had my front brakes as yellow and this report has them as green even though they weren’t replaced. More
