Oil Change and wheel balance appointment Second visit in a row I make an appointment and when I show up I’m told I don’t have an appointment and that I was scheduled to just drop off my car a Second visit in a row I make an appointment and when I show up I’m told I don’t have an appointment and that I was scheduled to just drop off my car and pick it up later in the day. When I dropped off my car, the lady told me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half for service, it took two hours. No apologies, no discounts nothing. Although I enjoy the services I receive and the convenience of your location, this can’t continue to happen. More

First time service I was really upset when I came back to my car after picking it up from the red carpet service (Mohegan employee) and my radio station was changed to a I was really upset when I came back to my car after picking it up from the red carpet service (Mohegan employee) and my radio station was changed to a Spanish channel and it was like a preset change so someone had to go out of their way to change it. I also never received a sticker to let me know when my next oil change was. I called and they just apologized but I was really frustrated because I go to Walmart service center and get my car vacuumed and everything and when I came to you, my radios were all changed around and I didn’t get a sticker for the next visit. More

Explanation They didn’t explain the results of their inspection. Luckily I read the paperwork. Apparently I have stuck calipers... would have been nice to hear it They didn’t explain the results of their inspection. Luckily I read the paperwork. Apparently I have stuck calipers... would have been nice to hear it from them instead of reading about it since they did the last brake inspection and everything was “ fine” when it was under warranty but still I had noise and pulsation... First appointment was ok I was there for a few hours when they told me I would have to reschedule for another day. It took over a week to get ahold of someone to reschedule. This repair took about an hour and change so that wasn’t bad. Overall poor communication and they don’t seem to eithe care about what they are doing or know what they are doing. We will see if the check engine light comes back on. More
