Felt really disappointed Hey my name is Manuel Depina I just wanted to let you know that I went there today to perform a service of oil change on my car first of all I had app Hey my name is Manuel Depina I just wanted to let you know that I went there today to perform a service of oil change on my car first of all I had appointment for 8 and I got there about 7:50 which I understand it doesn't open until 8:00 and I got out of there 9:10 which I had to wait for like an hour and change but that's not the point my point is after I went to cash out one of your employee named Tammy Davis was the one that cash me out and my bill was $59 and change and I asked her politely if I can get a Mohegan Sun employee discount and she turn around with attitude and told me that I have to say that which I understood but I've been there for quite a few times and one of the guy told me that I'm all set that they have my name on a computer so I felt pretty disappointed and I know I would not go back there again for any type of service but I don't want the same thing that happens to me to happen to another customer...
