Over Promised and Under Delivered We drove 4 hours from St. Augustine, Florida and wished we would have done more research on the location. My sales rep was very nice but otherwise the whole process was quite a nightmare. We were told one out the door price and then when we sat down with the financing women (who clearly was ready to go somewhere for the evening) was given a COMPLETELY different number. We felt incredibly rushed and talked down to by her and then came out to find a scratch on the car that wasn’t there originally and had occurred during the detailing. When we saw this scratch, the only solution was to drive back down the 4 hours another day to have it fixed. We were also told that the gas tank would be filled for our departure and drove off with a little over half in the tank. Next time, I’d rather pay more and not have to waste a full day to receive such subpar service. More
