The service advisor Jorge addressed all issues and the car was returned with service compete, washed and cleaned. If you do wait, the waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with refreshments and a concierge available to answer questions or call for an UBER if you need to run an errand. While waiting we also test drove a 4 series and ended up purchasing it. Our sales person Ricky, was personable and made sure the deal was exactly what we wanted and Tammy has the paperwork/signing process down to an art form .
