It was right before closing and we didn't even have our car we wanted to trade with us. Michael was patient, honest, and just worked hard to make sure we got the truck we love at the right price. They gave us a blind appraisal on our trade that was very fair. Michael does not pressure you and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy. I love my new 2019 Silverado. This is the second time we've bought from Paradise (first was in 2008) and the experience was great both times (hard to say this about most dealerships). Jonathan was very patient and helpful in leading me through the new technology on the vehicle. His pleasant personality and genuine kindness made me feel comfortable. He walked me through everything, explaining each step and taking me on a tour of the facility pointing out that even after I purchased my Equinox, any time I visited Paradise, I would feel special. He was prompt in replying to my emails, and aswered my questions quickly and concisely. Tammy also helped me put together my deal. Although I only spoke to her for a short time on the phone, I felt her confidence and experience. All in all, I am very glad I chose Paradise. Possible death After buying my Camaro SS 1LE I started to hear a strange noise coming from the suspension. I took the car to a dealer close to my house and they tol After buying my Camaro SS 1LE I started to hear a strange noise coming from the suspension. I took the car to a dealer close to my house and they told me that paradise put my life at risk. The tech at the other dealer drove the car for half a mile and let me know the suspension had not been tightened properly and that is something that every dealer should check in their pre delivery inspection and they advised me that had I not brought the car to them immediately "something very bad could have happened". If u r looking to buy a car (especially a preformance one) that is actually safe and road worthy, go somewhere else. Also, had the finance department told me all I had to do is put an extra $500 down my rate would have dropped by almost 2%. More
