Twelve hours both ways my in laws, my husband, o Ever ask yourself if buying a new car is worth a farther drive? Half hour away? One hour? Four hours? Twelve hours both ways my in laws, my husband, our 5 year old and a 15 month old drove (in two cars we were trading in) to buy from Tammy and the amazing staff at Paradise Chevrolet. “What? That’s crazy. Why would you do that?!”you may be asking. And, from the outside in it probably does sound crazy. There are probably over 50 Chevrolet stores that would have been “closer”, heck - with the internet you can just buy one anywhere? Or have it delivered? Aside from an insane deal - I know it’s very rare to find a person or team of people you can truly trust and Tammy and the team worked 99% of it with me over phone - so, by the time we got there the Tahoe was already detailed and pulled up front right when we arrived after the long trip. Margaret made sure we drove it since I hadn’t driven it before (you can’t test drive over the phone lol) and of course was in love. The paperwork was easy and fast - and it was my first time believe it or not using the big docusign desk. I was also impressed you get to pick where to make your donation that the owner donates to charity. I picked Susan Koman for Breast Cancer - my mother in law who was with me is a survivor. After a great experience there - after you would think the salesperson would forget about you and not ask you how you like your new vehicle. That’s happened unfortunately the last three cars I bought. Margaret (my sales rep) has been making sure I’m good and I find the customer service insanely above and beyond. So. Is driving twelve hours worth it to do business here? I’m proof here to loudly tell you...YES. Thank you again for everything. More
