Rob was excellent I do not like dealing with car sales professionals, for the most part. However, dealing with Rob was an excellent experience as he was not pushy, wha I do not like dealing with car sales professionals, for the most part. However, dealing with Rob was an excellent experience as he was not pushy, whatsoever, and did not put me in any sort of uncomfortable conversations/situations throughout my dealings. I previously dealt (20+ years) with a dealership in Winter Haven and all of my contacts there have since retired, so I decided to try a dealer closer to my home. I'm glad I shopped with Kisselback Ford and really happy with Rob. I strongly suggest him as as sales professional and would expect you to have a flawless visit and purchase, should you decide to do so. Totally seamless in my opinion. Also, PJ Sinclair is tremendous in the service department. He has serviced my two Lincoln's for years and no one has been more customer oriented than Mr. Sinclair. Thank you, PJ. More

He worked with me to find a good APR and tier that I could work with. David worked with my mom and I and kept us both informed throughout the whole process to make sure we were getting everything that we asked for and wanted. I walked away with my first new (used) car and I couldn’t be happier with it. We looked at a couple options, she even brought two other vehicle options to consider. There was absolutely No Pressure! We made our decision, a 2018 Transit Connect XLT! Everyone at Kisselback Ford "thanked us" for the purchase, gave us "cleaning supplies" to maintain our new Transit! Kari sat with me in the Transit answering my questions while explaining the electronics...she set up my phone! The Kisselback Ford Team provided "impeccable" customer service! More
