Tannaz really made this process smooth. From taking a deposit on the car and holding it for us for a few extra days as we had a family emergency. We live in Anaheim, and after several frustrating phone calls, and visits to other dealers I found the car we had been looking for on-line! I called to see if the 2022 VW ID4 xxxxxxwas in fact on the lot a calls, and visits to other dealers I found the car we had been looking for on-line! I called to see if the 2022 VW ID4 xxxxxxwas in fact on the lot and ready to drive away. TANNAZ answered my phone call Wednesday morning, confirmed Car was on the lot, and in final inspection and cleaning stages. Wife and I were on the lot at about 11:30, had the Carmax quote verified and matched, Had our Schools 1st Auto-Convenience Check verified and approved, and then sent to Finance for all the initials and signatures. Our “goal” was to be done and driving away in 1 hour!? A lofty goal but TANNAZ is very efficient, even while multi-tasking, and we were done with all the paperwork, and ready to drive away right at 1PM!! IN-N OUT in 90 minutes!!?? TANNAZ, is very detailed oriented and remembered to remove my custom plates from the trade vehicle. IF there is a vehicle on this Norm Reeves Hyundai lot, new or used, Call and ask for TANNAZ, easily the best auto dealer employee I have ever worked with. She understood what we wanted, and what the time goal was, and I have never had a car buying experience completed this efficiently and FAST! THANK YOU TANNAZ, and all your Norm Reeves support people from the GM to the used car sales manager, (Clay), and even to the guys in the back of the house that prepped, cleaned and washed my new/used VW ID4! More

I saw the car of interest on the internet, so I didn't browse their inventory. However, it seemed they were well stocked with a variety of Hyundai's. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were eager to help and to make a deal that is right for you. With that in mind, I saw this car advertised on Edmunds.com which it listed everything that came with the car. I should have brought the advertisement with me to the dealership. Just to verify that I got everything that was advertised. I didn't bring the ad. After getting home, I checked the ad again and found that the floor mats and the all weather mats were not included in the car. One would think after bringing this to their attention that if something was advertised, then they would honor what was advertised, but not when it comes to car dealerships. Lesson learned, do not forget to bring your materials with you when shopping for a car. I am guessing this would happen at any dealership. This is why my rating is a 4 and not a 5, because they didn't honor what was advertised. Otherwise, I liked the dealership. More
