I recently purchased my 2026 X5 50e from BMW Akron, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made me feel valued and respected, never p can't say enough positive things about the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the team made me feel valued and respected, never pressured or rushed. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the X5 50e's hybrid technology and took the time to walk me through all the features, answering every question I had with patience and expertise. What really stood out was how smooth and transparent the entire buying process was. The financing gal clearly explained all my options without any hidden surprises. They respected my time and made what can often be a stressful process feel effortless and even enjoyable. The delivery experience was equally impressive - they thoroughly demonstrated how to use all the vehicle's technology, connected my phone seamlessly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before driving off the lot. BMW Akron has set a new standard for what a car-buying experience should be. I've already been recommending them to friends and family, and I'm confident anyone who visits will receive the same outstanding service I did. If you're in the market for a BMW, this dealership should be your first stop. Five stars all around! More
