They service department should be clear on whether they will be keeping a vehicle over night for service or not. Plus all services performed on a vehicle should be noted on the customers invoice! I had to call to confirm whether my tire rotation was done. They said yes, but how do I really know for sure. Guess I'll have to chaulk the tires if I go back. More

The work took much longer and was much more expensive than I had anticipated. A 4 hour job took more than 2 days. They didn't even look at the car until late in the first day despite my early appointmen than I had anticipated. A 4 hour job took more than 2 days. Erica and Tanner were very friendly and helpful. As always, Subaru of Wakefield provided excellent service and communication during a fairly major warranty repair. In addition to performing the repair and maintenance that I requested, they went far above and beyond by also replacing a nonfunctioning TPMS sensor free of charge (normally a $500 job)! The free loaner vehicle they provided while the work was being performed was another welcome bonus. Our car is running beautifully again - we are very glad to have entrusted it to such good hands! More
