Did not inspect my car. Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a Missed oil leak, tire sensor damage and battery issue. They wanted to charge me $45 for the second time to clean my battery when they knew I needed a new one. I took my car to another Subaru dealer to get an honest inspection. Wakefield Subaru failed to tell me about issues because I was still under warranty and they didn’t want to pay for oil leak and sensor issue repairs. They talked to me as if I was dumb. Dismissed me with condescending attitude. Now I have to go thru the court system to make them honor my warranty. New ownership is horrible. I’ve owned Subarus since 2002. I haven’t had an issue until new ownership. This is the worst dealership. Buying a Lexus. More

Tanner was good about explaining what needed to be done with my car and why. He was very courteous and helpful. I went in to the service department for help with a tire, but they noted I needed an oil ch with my car and why. He was very courteous and helpful. I went in to the service department for help with a tire, but they noted I needed an oil change and flush, as well as some other minor issues. As I'm an older woman and need a very dependable car, I am glad that the Subaru Service department is so helpful this way. I have owned my Forester for 6 years and have always brought it here for maintenance. They are wonderful! When my son needed a car a year ago, we headed straight here. He is now a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza. More

Subaru Wakefield crew does a fantastic and thorough job anytime I go there for service. Always go above and beyond. It's too bad the people at the corporate offices for Subaru aren't as helpful.
