Don’t know exactly what to say in this “Your Review” section. I looked on line for a suv that I wanted, found the one I was interested in, went to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield where the suv was listed, section. I looked on line for a suv that I wanted, found the one I was interested in, went to Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield where the suv was listed, my salesman Justin Grant brought the Forester around front, I took it for a test drive, made a deal with him and the manager, whose name I don’t remember. Justin gave me a rundown of what’s in the vehicle and how to use things then I drove it home. I am just as happy / satisfied with this 2025 Forester Premium as I was with the 2014 Forester Premium I bought in September of 2013. I would highly recommend Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield to anyone that is in the market for a car. Today I had a remote starter installed and the people I dealt with in the service department was as friendly and helpful as could possibly be. More

My main reason this time was a dead battery that was under warrantym Luckily The techs did their usual safety check with the car and found a major issue that if I let it go my engine could have fallen out with no warning. After I got over the cost of repairs I was greatful that they found the issue and was able to repair it to keep my car running safely More

I had consistent battery issues a few months ago, and both times I took it in, they told me nothing was wrong. Since then, I've had my battery die in traffic, while driving twice. At my regularly scheduled service with Tanner, he told me that my battery was almost dead. This inconsistentency leads me to doubt that my vehicle has been consistently maintained properly. More

The diagnosis was originally a $1,000 fix, for batteries related to dashboard. Not a safety issue. I did two batteries for $500+ and replaced wipers ($85). Over $600. Left the service group, had dashboa related to dashboard. Not a safety issue. I did two batteries for $500+ and replaced wipers ($85). Over $600. Left the service group, had dashboard lights that were not on before and tried to have the service team tell me how to rectify. I figured it out myself eventually. Then, driving down the highway I noticed hood was bouncing up and down - it had not been closed securely. That's a safety issue. I called the service area and let them know. First time this has happened and I've bought 7 Subarus over the years. Disappointed. More
