I’m only giving 2 stars because Tanya was kind. I bought a car from out of state, still have not received it, even though I was promised to have this car by Sunday, latest Monday. It is now Tuesday I bought a car from out of state, still have not received it, even though I was promised to have this car by Sunday, latest Monday. It is now Tuesday afternoon, and apparently there is still a few hours til the car gets here. I spoke with the manager, Andy over the weekend, he made it seem like he was going to help me figure out the situation and help get the car here as soon as possible. I was trying to get the car here by that day so that my husband could have a car to return back to work with (He’s military and just came back from an 8 month deployment. He’s stationed in GA and I’m in FL). It’s really unprofessional to have the MANAGER Of a business not even call you back or follow up on anything or even remotely try to make it up to a paying customer. It seems like once they receive the money and payment for the car they no longer cared. I was the one constantly calling and following up, trying to make sure the deal was still going through. I can’t do anything about the shipping of the car, at this point it’s just about the lack of customer service or concern for the customer. More

Tanya is great- gold star! She is not pushy but is attentive and responsive - listens well to the customer with good ration. For good measure (in our opinion) and to provide greater satisfaction: The Dealership should top the fuel tank at point of purchase as we had a 2+ hour drive home and didn’t want to stop for fuel (they did give $30 fuel allowance/ thank you!). More importantly, to us: provide a 2nd key! But it’s not too late for their re-consideration on this request!? Then, we’d say: our experience was as good as it gets! (If I was going to be too picky: interior detailing of car cabin lacked comprehensive detailing, but not without fair attention) Overall, easy to work with; their biggest plus: non-pushy. More
