Tao was very pleasant to work with. Not pushy at all and did not put any pressure on us in making a decision on whether or not we should buy the car. Kevin was very friendly as well. It is the best dealership I have ever experienced! Firstly, no mark-ups on top of the MSRP nor hidden fees. Secondly, the staff including salesperson and manager were really helpful and professional.
