Seymour was kind, patient, and incredibly considerate throughout the process. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and offered alternate solutions that worked out perfectly. Tina was simply amazing. She offered constant reassurance and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Her attentiveness made the entire experience feel easy and personal. Dylan, the tech expert, was cool, efficient, and clear. He knew I was switching from one Lexus to another and tailored his tutorial just right. He explained everything in a way that was smooth and easy to follow. And last but not least, Tara. As my service advisor, she was the one who flagged that my tires weren’t in great shape. She jokingly suggested I trade the vehicle in if I didn’t want to spend the money on service. That comment stuck with me, and after some thought, the seed she planted ended up leading to this new chapter. Tara was amazing. This entire team made what could’ve been a stressful process feel effortless. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, care, and good energy. Highly recommend. More
