Eli, my salesman, was very helpful and made the process easy. He was always cheerful and energetic -- even when he had to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. I can't apologize enough for doing that to him. Yet, he remained cheerful and enthusiastic, as though he hadn't been inconvenienced at all. Tony, a manager, offered me a price that was irresistible. Our negotiations were short and to the point. Just the way I like them. Cheryl clearly explained to me the details of paying for the car, and because she was away when I came to pick it up, Tari took me through the necessary paperwork, which went quickly and smoothly.
