He was there in 15 minutes and brought with him an incredible deal, no pressure, and a calm caring persona that drastically changed the perception of the day. This was all done the last couple hours before closing time. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the product and made purchasing the car seem like a no-brainer. Great salesman and great person. More
