Great experience! Traded in my 2014 X3 for a 2019 X1. The 2019 X3 was too big for me. The X1 is alittle small but I like the size. Tatiana was extremely helpful! Traded in my 2014 X3 for a 2019 X1. Also, received lower interest rate than anticipated. The finance person offered us the tire package and did not blink an eye when we said no. I have been to other dealers where the pressure to purchase was intense. Also, delivery of the vehicle didn’t take hours, Pleased with buying process which included salesperson, Tatianna. More
