They made the transaction easy, and were attentive to all my questions and concerns. I didn’t pick up our A3 until 2 1/2 weeks later, and when I did, I was not disappointed. Outside of their facility being a temporary setup and not looking like an Audi dealer should look (they are building a new building right next door, and looks like it will be very nice once completed), everything on delivery was smooth and easy. No one was pretentious, and made you feel at ease. I purchased from out of state, and would do it again. More

Avoid this Audi Dealership Terrible dealership. With all the choices out there, especially Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area, I'd avoid this one like the Plague. They sold Terrible dealership. They sold me a certified Q5 < 12K miles on it that was a dealer loaner and had never been out of their sight that had substantial paint work done, which they failed to disclose. After I got it 200 miles home and discovered it I tried contacting my salesperson - no response. I then responded to a survey, and was contacted by the sales manager and told to contact him. Tried calling and emailing - no response. You can see in their Google reviews where they reply to make it look like they're trying to make things right, but it's window dressing. I was in the market for another Audi but took my business elsewhere. I love my Audis, wouldn't shop here for one though. Buyer beware! More
