I arrived about 2:30pm and stated I must leave to get my children by a certain hour. 5:00pm along and I was still sitting in the waiting room and had to leave. My car wasn’t done with the simple oil change children by a certain hour. 5:00pm along and I was still sitting in the waiting room and had to leave. My car wasn’t done with the simple oil change and wash (I mentioned upon arrival that I had been there previously for 4 hours and could not do that today). She laughed and stated I would definitely not be there 4 hours. My car came out half done then she kept the keys on her desk forcing me to return and causing me to be even later. She put some of my mats back in place and hand wiped the water droplets left on my car, but shop stuff was left in my back seat. When I arrived for the oil change and when I was given the bill, I mentioned the coupon I brought at my last oil change was missed and it had to be put on this one as promised last time. She forgot again too. She had to fix the bill. While this was my home dealership, I’m going back to the one in Grapevine from now on. More

Work was completed professionally and on time. they were very thorough in finding the problem with the noise coming from the front end on my 2018 Chevy pickup. Thanks Edwin for the good job! THe ldies in the cashiers office were very efficient in completing the bill and had the car on the drive out before they were finsihed with me. Taylor, Thanks for the work completed the work On Dottie's 2015 Cadallac Srx. She says it drives like it was new again! Overall it was a great experience all around and that is why I came back to Woods and moving from the Denton market in 2019 and back to the Denton area late in 2024. I recommend there service groups very highly! More
