I had a mishap with my vehicle due to a warranty issue with my Dodge Ram, a warranty issue, I commute for work (Verizon Corp Store) from Strasburg to Fairlawn, and a first time visitor to the FRED MARTIN with my Dodge Ram, a warranty issue, I commute for work (Verizon Corp Store) from Strasburg to Fairlawn, and a first time visitor to the FRED MARTIN service department ,Taylor Black was awesome, Taylor greeted me, welcomed me, and took sincere care with empathy to my situation, I moved from Michigan to Ohio recently, and soon will be looking into a New Vehicle, FRED MARTIN staff and Service Department really cares and it shows you have a new loyal customer for years to come. I give this dealership a 100/10 for customer service and satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any satisfaction. I didn’t even buy my most recent vehicle from here, but they still didn’t disappoint. Taylor in the service department didn’t waste any time helping get my jeep wrangler in as soon as possible. He even went above and beyond to get things situated with my warranty coverage. He kept me posted along the way and the service technician that worked on my car even sent me a video introducing himself and going into detail about the issue with my jeep. I never had to call around once to find out when it would be ready. No matter what dealership you buy your car from, if you need repairs, I would strongly recommend Fred Martin Jeep Dodge and Ram. Their professionalism and sense of urgency is phenomenal. I only wish I had brought my Jeep from Fred Martin instead. Thank you so much Taylor and the master service technician Josh for making things easier, and making my jeep run like it should now. More

Very happy with the service, the video and the description of the repairs needed was an excellent service. I had to have at least 7 repairs done and all were great and they were honest about all m description of the repairs needed was an excellent service. Had my car at a different dealership 3x to correct and issue and it was not corrected. Fred Martin diagnosed the problem and had a game plan to fix it within two hours of my car being on site. I just received my reticle back from the service department, and within 24 hours the engine is now very loud and should like the exhaust is messed up.
