I got my van back from Fred Martin Superstore about a week ago getting a housing unit repaired that was causing an oil leak. I was without transportation for a week. Paid $700 for the “repair” and now to week ago getting a housing unit repaired that was causing an oil leak. I was without transportation for a week. Paid $700 for the “repair” and now today my van won’t even start! I contacted AAA for a tow and was told that my van was leaking oil yet again! I’ll be contacting the BBB and corporate about all of this poor work More

I just received my reticle back from the service department, and within 24 hours the engine is now very loud and should like the exhaust is messed up. Fred Martin did a great job servicing our vehicle. I came for a simple oil change tire rotation and a shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. I dropped off at 730 am appointment and had to Text Taylor at 2 to check on it afte shifter error. I was told I would be kept up to date all day. Apparently since I did not say I needed it back it just got pushed to the side car had to be left over night and in the morning told him I was coming to get it and still had to wait for the oil change and tire rotation. Just ridiculous I didn’t realize I had to say that I needed my vehicle to get them to work on it when I had an appointment More

Fred Martin needs to be the example for all dealers, used and new. If all dealers offered and had as many opportunities as Fred Martin, they would be a lot more successful. They Started from a tiny little struggling used car dealer and blew up to being, in my eyes, the best new and used dealer around… having a bad day? Just go there and look at vehicles and let the salesmen or women come talk to you in good energy and happy vibes and you’ll walk away in a better mood at least.. i highly suggest Kelli Slavens, she totally changed my negative outlook on salesmen More
