Originally showed up for service because I had a squeaky window. Taylor looked into this and said we can file it under my warranty. However, the general manager did not approve this because the squeaky wind window. Taylor looked into this and said we can file it under my warranty. However, the general manager did not approve this because the squeaky window was due to “outside factors” . Although the lining of my window is caving in and that is why the window is squeaking. I’m unsure how outside factors can affect the lining of my window. But just seems very silly to not approve this especially due to my warranty. More

The communication from the staff has been horrible since I bought my car. Numerous people have not responded to texts, emails nor phone calls. I was only given 1 key fob when I bought the vehicle. I was told to put it through my warranty, however I didn't know I was supposed to say that I "lost " a key so they would pay for it. This is fraud. I didn't lie about losing my key. Then I was told they would get me another fob about speaking to the GM. Now, I am having numerous people not respond to me again. I paid A LOT of money for my car! This is not how I should be treated. More
