Toyota of Tampa Bay was just interested in trying to be to get me to do every little expensive repair possible. What annoyed me is that they tried to aggressively buy my car from me as I was spending almos to get me to do every little expensive repair possible. What annoyed me is that they tried to aggressively buy my car from me as I was spending almost 600 on repairs. Additionally a 3% credit card fee is ridiculous. Almost $600 later and they couldn’t even wash my car for me! More

Taylor listened carefully & explained everything very well. Told me the process for checking my problem--ignition not turning off. Careful process showed no problem existing. I have been going to this dealership for the past 24 years. Customer service is deteriorating. Taylor was supposed to help me with service. I had to wait 25 minutes. Still no one showed up. i went to th years. Customer service is deteriorating. Taylor was supposed to help me with service. I had to wait 25 minutes. Still no one showed up. i went to the service manager and shared my disappointment. Then he came and helped and talked Taylor to engage. From there on the coupon penny pinching started. Lexus is not Toyota etc. we settled on a coupon and moved on for oil change. More
