Also the amount of text and calls and emails I get to remind me that I still need to rate my experience is outrageous..... I feel like you guys can chill a smidge on that. It just makes me not want to leave anything. Taylor was great though, I have nothing bad to say about him. More

The service manager was a jerk. A service technician broke the panel clip and I asked for it to be replaced at no cost to me because I didn’t break it. The service manager gaslighted me and kept putting words in my mouth and kept interrupting me. I was never rude to him but he talked to me like I was an idiot. My Grand Cherokee has just over 30,000 at 4 years and is in excellent condition. He didn’t care. I paid good money for a vehicle that’s breaking to no fault of my own. Super disappointed in this dealership now. I purchased this vehicle at FRISCO CDJR in Frisco, TX. Due to the Service Manager, I won’t go back. He needs to learn customer service skills. More

Taylor was very informative, detailed, and kept me up to date on my cars service.
